Bozeman through the seasons
Summer
Long days for hiking the Bridgers and Hyalite, floating rivers, and Yellowstone trips. Bogert Farmers' Market is a short walk away, and Music on Main fills downtown on summer evenings.
Fall
Bobcat football Saturdays at MSU, a mile from the door. Golden aspens, quieter trails, and thinner crowds in Yellowstone.
Winter
Bridger Bowl is about 30 minutes away and Big Sky about an hour. The Yellowstone road from Gardiner to Lamar Valley stays open for winter wildlife watching.
Spring
One of the quietest times to visit. Yellowstone's roads begin reopening in mid-April, and the Museum of the Rockies is a mile away for rainy days.
