How much does management cost?
Our fee depends on the home, location and service level. You’ll get a clear quote and an earnings estimate during your free consultation — no surprises.
Can I still use my property?
Yes. Block off dates for your own stays anytime; we just ask for reasonable notice during peak season.
Which areas do you serve?
Bozeman and the surrounding Gallatin Valley, plus the Greater Yellowstone region — including Big Sky, Livingston and Paradise Valley. If you’re nearby and not sure, ask.
Do I need a short-term rental permit?
It depends on where the home is (for example, inside Bozeman city limits vs. the county). We’ll walk you through what applies to your property and help with registration.
How and when do I get paid?
You receive a monthly statement showing every booking, fee and expense, along with your payout.
What if a guest damages something?
We screen guests, inspect after every stay and handle damage claims through the booking platforms and our policies, keeping you informed along the way.
Is there a long-term contract?
